What: For its second in the series of “Back in the Bronx” programs, the Bronx Museum will feature noted children’s book writer Arlene Alda interviewed by her husband, actor Alan Alda. Arlene will share personal stories and anecdotes about growing up in the Bronx and also preview excerpts from her upcoming book, Just Kids from the Bronx. Lunch will be provided for all attendees by David Greco’s Arthur Avenue Caterers.
Celebrate Women’s History Month on Friday, March 4, with “First Fridays! On My Own Words & Sounds” at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. The event will feature live performances by Valerie Capers and her jazz ensemble. Open from 6:00-10:00, this event is free and open to the public.
