Do you live, work, or go to school in Hunts Point? Come to kick off Hunts Point Forward – a process to plan for the future of this great neighborhood!

Join the Hunts Point-Longwood Community Coalition, Pratt Center for Community Development, and the City of New York on Thursday, March 11th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm as we start the Hunts Point Forward planning process!

15 years ago, people like you helped create the 2004 Hunts Point Vision Plan. This plan led to new parks, new jobs, and new coalitions for Hunts Point – but we need to keep going! COVID-19 showed us where challenges still face the community. Hunts Point Forward is an opportunity to think about the next 20 years – and how to make everyone’s lives better through better health, work, and play.

A team led by The Pratt Center for Community Development will facilitate this work with the support of New York City Economic Development Corporation and the City of New York.
