Join us for our a Halloween-themed Bruckner Commons Carpool Movie Night featuring The Nightmare Before Christmas! Bring your family and enjoy a spooky night under the stars! Costumes are highly encouraged.


Date and Time:

Thursday, October 29

5:00 PM: Gates Open

6:00 PM: Film Begins(around dusk)

For public safety precautions, vehicles arriving before 5:00 p.m. will be turned away.



Ticket sales start on Thursday, October 1 and end on Wednesday, October 28 at midnight.

General admission movie tickets will be available at $10.00 for smaller vehicles and at $15.00 for larger vehicles*.

*If your car is over 70 inches then you should select an Oversize ticket (larger vehicle). We have a limited number of Oversize tickets so we encourage using a smaller vehicle if you can.


The following vehicle restrictions apply. Not permitted are:

  • Bicycles
  • Motorcycles or scooters
  • Convertibles without roof
  • Cars with trailer attachments
  • Passenger Vans (7+ seats)
  • Buses
  • RVs
  • Long wheelbase vans


Parking, Food & Arrival Info:

Parking for the movie will be located in the Dream Closeouts lot across from K-Mart.

Bring your ticket (either printed or on your phone) and our team will check your tickets with a contactless check in scanner, respecting social distancing guidelines. We will direct you to your parking spot, and wait for the sun to set. We encourage you to bring your own snacks, water and soft drinks as there will be no food and refreshments available onsite other than for purchase at Smashburger and Boston Market located at the center. NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED.

Restrooms will be available, and a mask is required to be worn to and from the restroom. All attendees and staff are required to wear a mask whenever they are not in their vehicle, but masks are not required while attendees are in their vehicles. Movie audio will be broadcasted through an FM Radio station that will be provided upon entry.

This event is in partnership with Bronx Community Board 9, York Studios, ShopRite Dream Closeouts and Urban Edge Properties.


Tickets will be REQUIRED for entry.

Please note that the tickets must be shown upon entry. DO NOT make multiple copies of one ticket as the first ticket will be the only one allowed to enter.

We strongly suggest that you do not purchase tickets from a third-party as the ticket may be counterfeit and could have been copied multiple times for re-sale.

Refunds will be accepted from October 1st – October 22nd. After October 22nd, NO REFUNDS will be permitted. In the the event of inclement weather, the movie will be rescheduled at the same location.
