Arts, Culture & Fun: Nature Painting

Join NYC Parks’ Arts, Culture & Fun for a watercolor landscape workshop in partnership with Seeds of the League. Join Artist Amy DiGi in the park to learn how to draw and paint using nature as our inspiration. She is teaching all levels from beginners to advanced. Come learn about light, color, and design while making art en plein air (outside) while enjoying the fresh air in the park. For your comfort, bring a mat, blanket, or folding chair to sit on. Feel free to bring your own watercolors, paper, water, and brushes. Supplies will be provided as well. Amy DiGi is a plein air artist working in both rural and city locations. She is a United States Coast Guard artist and an Arts in Embassy artist. She received her MFA from Lehman College and BFA from Pratt Institute. Seeds of the League is the Art Students League’s community program.
