October fun in Little Italy in the Bronx

October not only marks the beginning of fall and all things holiday, it’s also both National Pizza and National Pasta month and Italian American Heritage and Culture Month. So where better to spend it than right in the heart of Little Italy in the Bronx aka Arthur Avenue. The Belmont BID will be hosting live music for visitors and residents to enjoy as they immerse themselves in all the neighborhood has to offer.

In conjunction with Columbus Day, Pane E Cioccolato will be filling the cross section of East 186th Street and Arthur Avenue with traditional Italian music on the holiday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. The BID will also be welcoming the nostalgic Doo Wop Quartet, The Belmont 4, to the neighborhood on October 20th and 27th for more celebratory entertainment. The group will visit various eateries and sing for audiences on both nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
