Recently, 25 students from a local Bronx school had a chance to preview the long awaited Bronx Children’s Museum alongside Bronx-native and long-time friend of the Museum U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
The children had the chance to explore the new space, which is slated to open to the public on December 3rd. They are currently putting the finishes touches on the museum- with weeks of testing and training educators and staff. The students enjoyed checking out The Waterways, The Block and The Casita.
The Bronx Children’s Museum will be officially open to the public on December 3rd, 2022. Timed-ticket reservations will be available on their website, www.bronxchildrensmuseum.org, as of November 4th, 2022.
