Last chance to sign the petition to fight for NYC Parks budget

During his campaign, Mayor Eric Adams committed to funding NYC Parks with 1% of the NYC budget. But now, the preliminary NYC budget actually cuts the NYC Parks budget by $60 million- which dramatically reduces the parks workforce.

We all know what a blessing our city parks were during the height of the pandemic- providing backyards and fresh air to New Yorkers with small spaces. Our mental and physical health rely on our city parks, and the mayor needs to keep his word on funding our parks.

Please take just a few seconds to sign this petition asking Adams to keep his word and give NYC Parks the 1% of the NYC budget that he committed to: SIGN HERE.
