FoodStream Network (FSN), a social platform for entities in the emergency food relief space is launching its first in a four-week series of pop-up farmers markets in the Bronx. This free event was created in partnership with FoodStream Members, Phipps Neighborhoods, and other local groups and will feature food demonstrations by a local chef, giveaways, and multilingual nutritional information.

The first pop- up event will be held on Friday October 15th from 12pm-4pm at 1743 Fulton Ave

FoodStream Network (FSN) is the first data-driven social network for businesses and nonprofits dedicated to providing access to affordable, healthy meals and produce for thousands of food insecure families in New York. FSN lets entities with food, such as farms and restaurants, connect with local groups that can distribute it, such as food banks, food pantries and community groups. The social network platform has more than 300 restaurants, community groups and farms.
