Looking for a summer art program for your teen? Applications are open for the upcoming Bronx Museum Teen Summer program. Teen Summer is a four-week intensive arts program for NYC teenagers. Teens work collaboratively to explore, showcase, and contribute to the culture of the Bronx and New York City. The 2021 program will be held virtually. This program is paid.
Participants of the program will:
- Make art.
- Interview professionals engaging in art and activism.
- Contribute to the work of an art museum.
- Collaborate with peers.
- Explore issues affecting young people today.
- Get paid for their work.
DATES/TIMES July 26 – August 19, Mondays – Thursdays, 1pm-3pm or 4:30pm-6:30pm (two different sessions)
ELIGIBILITY current or recently graduated high school students aged 14-18 and living in NYC
