Starting Wednesday, March 24th, elementary school students can opt into blended learning at NYC public schools. From March 24th through Wednesday April 7th, parents have another opportunity to opt into blended learning for in-person learning. To opt in, parents can sign up at www.nycenet.edu/surveys/learningpreference.

This form is also used to opt into fully remote learning at any time. Families can also call 311.

Middle school and high school parents can still fill out the form to express interest, but as of now only elementary school students in grades K-5 will be able to opt in to blended learning.
