This past weekend, we took a drive two hours north of the Bronx for some holiday fun in Connecticut. Covered in white from a previous snowfall, the decorated small towns along with the Holiday Lights and Santa Express train ride made for the perfect holiday getaway. NYC Parks is starting the search for new candidates with strong swimming skills to participate in their free lifeguard training program for the upcoming summer season.
