Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15th to October 15th. Luckily for the Bronx, the diversity of our borough allows us to experience the culture from all over the Caribbean and beyond every day, but it’s a great reminder to take time out to celebrate both the history and accomplishments of those with Hispanic heritage. Some ways we do this in our home is through exploring biographies, documentaries, and of course- food!
Recipes play an important role in all cultures, especially in Hispanic culture.
