Two Free Wellness Programs at Wave Hill this Fall

So many of us experience a profound sense of wellbeing when visiting a garden. In fact, connecting visitors to nature in this and many other ways is central to Wave Hill’s mission as a public garden and cultural center. This fall, Wave Hill is offering free yoga and meditation programs so you can breathe deep—welcome the new season with 108 sun salutations on September 15, and clear your mind of Black Friday shopping frenzy on November 23.

Both programs are free with admission to the grounds.
