Last weekend we had fun hosting a kids’ eye health event with Metro Optics in front of their Throggs Neck store location. The event was just a fun way to kick off summer and teach kids about the importance of protecting their eyes in the summer. Families stopped in to enjoy making visors from Oriental Trading, playing in the sandbox, sipping iced cold limeade and iced coffee from Morris Perk, enjoying snacks from Slammers Snacks, and taking home a goodie bag filled with sunglasses from Foster Grant and glitter sunscreen from Sparkle Screen. There was also a raffle for a pair of Rayban Kids sunglasses as well as shades from Sons + Daughters.
Mostly all of the decor was from Oriental Trading– where we love to turn to for all of our decor and party supplies.
Hosted on June 4th, families stopped by our booth for some fun and safety in the sun!
