Each year we have the opportunity to attend Momtrend’s annual Travel Trends event- an evening that showcases some of the must haves for family travel. Since summer is upon us (let’s just hope Mother Nature gets the memo soon), it’s a great time to share some of our favorite picks from the event.
Family Fun Magazine

Before you even begin to plan your travel ideas for this summer, pick up a copy of Family Fun Magazine for some travel inspiration. They are always featuring some great round ups from weekend getaway ideas to best family travel awards.
Igloo Coolers

If you’re like us and spend a lot of time outdoors with friends and family in the summer, then a good cooler is a must have. We are currently obsessed with Igloo Cooler’s new Trailmate cooler- an all terrain cooler that can be used everywhere, and the Party Bar- the perfect patio cooler for those outdoor shindigs.
eBags

When it comes to families with kids, packing light isn’t an easy thing to do. To utilize every inch of that suitcase, eBag Packing Cubes are a must have. With different sizes and sets available, you’ll be avoiding extra baggage fees in no time.
Canyon Ranch

A world class luxury Spa club with 5 locations, including one at sea, Canyon Ranch is for sure a place to add to your travel bucket list. We had a chance to try out some of their products also, which are available on their website and fell in love with the Soothing Moisturizer. While spa visits might be far and far between, this moisturizer will have you feeling like you just had a relaxing spa appointment every time you get dressed.
eeBoo

For longer road trips, or even the plane- eeBoo Arts & Crafts have tons of cute ideas to keep kids busy while traveling. From pom pom necklaces to cute sketch books, having a few items from eeBoo will prevent having to hear “I’m bored” while on the road.
Go Picnic
This isn’t your typical lunch in a box option, if you know what I mean. GoPicnic ready to eat meals and snacks are perfect for travel, summercamp, or summer picnics in the park. They are great because they pack a balance of grains, protein, fiber and calories. The full line-up consists of ready-to-eat breakfast under 400 calories, ready-to-eat lunch under 500 calories and ready-to-eat snacks under 300 calories.
