Yesterday TTPM hosted it’s infamous Spring Showcase to show off some of the latest and upcoming toy crazes as well as pet products. A few of Team Bronxmama’s mini bloggers headed to the show to pick some of their favorites. Check out their top picks and stay tuned for more toy fun.
Disney Lion Guard Battle for The Pride Lands Play Set
This fun play set for Lion Guard lovers comes with 2 figures and several interactive features. Gia spent a lot of time just playing with the set using her imagination and having fun. This kept her fully engaged and she enjoyed bringing extra figures into the set to join in on the fun. From Just Play Toys.
Peppa Pig Deluxe School House Toy
Another fun imaginative play set Gia loved was Peppa Pig’s school house. Such adorable colors and figures, this set includes three figures and student and teacher’s desks. There are lots of fun accessories that can be used along with other Peppa playsets. From Jazwares.
Splashlings Coral Playground
With so many collectibles being all the rage right now, we loved that Gia picked Splashlings amongst her favorites because they are a great summer toy to bring to the beach! With this cute Coral Playground set, kids can pack some of their favorite splashlings in their seashell homes and head to the sand.
Butterfly Garden Gift Set with Live Cup of Caterpillars
What toddler wouldn’t love to watch a caterpillar turn into butterfly and then set it free? This awesome set comes with a live cup of caterpillars to get started right away! From Insect Lore.
Clothing from The Secret Life of Pets
Cataleya has been super excited for The Secret Life of Pet, in theaters July 8th. She was so excited to check out all of the cute clothes and accessories coming out to go along with the movie. Learn more at www.thesecretlifeofpets.com.
Girl’s Cruiser Bikes from Schwinn
Schwinn has taken some of their awesome adult designs and customized for children. Cali loved one of their super cute purple cruisers with a front basket. The children’s new bikes have been designed to help little ones learn to peddle and have a better grip on the handles.
Razor Power Core E90 Electric Scooter
While Briana already has a classic Razor scooter, she fell in love with this Power Core E90 model, which goes up to 10mph and has 80 minutes of continuous use. With a hand operated front break and retractable kickstand, this will give kids lots of outdoor fun.
Rubber Band Launcher – Precision RBS Chiron
There’s always that one toy that the kids love and the moms cringe over. This rubber band gun is just that. Briana loved this gun- which comes with 200 bands for hours of shootin’ fun. As long as it’s used carefully and outdoors away from all breakable objects and people, I think we could get on board with this.
LEGO Minecraft: The Farm
Lego had a ton of awesome sets and figures that both Briana and Gia were into. Since Briana is almost 10 and in that Minecraft obsessed age, the Minecraft Lego set is a great toy for kids to unplug and use some imaginative play. We chose the farm set, which can be combined with other Minecraft sets for a fun adventure!
These were just some of the fun toys featured at this year’s Spring Showcase. We’ll be creating some fun unboxing videos and more reviews on these and other goodies, so be sure to check back for more.
