If you’re planning to avoid the crowds and enjoy Valentine’s Day at home, you can still create a delicious dessert to enjoy with your loved ones. We are big fans of fondue for special occasions since it’s a fun presentation, it’s interactive, and it’s yum! So, we took out our fondue set from Trudeau and found some ideas online for different fondues and fun foods to dip! Here are our faves from around the net:

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 stick unsalted butter

Coconut Cajeta & Chocolate Fondue
- 213.5 ounce cans regular coconut milk
- 1cup firmly packed light brown sugar (8 oz)
- 3/4teaspoon Diamond kosher salt (if using Morton’s scale back to 1/2 tsp)
- 3ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons vanilla or coconut extract
- 3tablespoons dark rum, coconut rum, or cognac (optional)
