Fondue Ideas for Valentine’s Day

If you’re planning to avoid the crowds and enjoy Valentine’s Day at home, you can still create a delicious dessert to enjoy with your loved ones. We are big fans of fondue for special occasions since it’s a fun presentation, it’s interactive, and it’s yum! So, we took out our fondue set from Trudeau and found some ideas online for different fondues and fun foods to dip! Here are our faves from around the net:

Coffee-Caramel Dessert Dip

White Chocolate Fondue

And for the fun part, here are some great foods to dip with, thanks to TipNut:

Strawberries, Cherries, Banana slices, Pineapple (cut into spears or chunks), Apple wedges (also good with cheese fondues), Pears, Cantaloupe chunks, Cake cubes (pound cake, angel food cake), Brownies, Grapes, Cookies (try biscotti, shortbread), Pretzel sticks, Mini-cupcakes, Orange segments, Raspberries, Kiwi fruit, Marshmallows

Toppings To Try: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, crushed cookies, candy sprinkles, minced dried fruit, shaved chocolate.
