Register for FREE Get Up and Go! Kids Program

unnamed (8)This summer, City Parks Foundation is offering a new program designed to get children, ages six to 10, into their local parks for free, fun-filled exercise. The “Get Up & Go!” initiative gives kids the chance to learn about health, nutrition and fitness while having a blast with their friends.  Instructors will help youngsters increase their core skills such as running and throwing, as well as motivate them through contests, races and obstacle courses. Each week, Bronx youth will develop techniques to lead a healthy lifestyle. The “Get Up & Go!” program will take place weekly through August 20, 2015.
