We recently had the chance to decorate the table for a Baby Sprinkle. Spinkles are more low key gatherings with friends and family to sprinkle the mom to be or recent mommy with gifts for the baby. Since this was in a family member’s living room verses a restaurant or hall, we kept the decor simple but sweet. Rather than a in your face theme, we just stuck with pink and a touch of princess that we ordered from Oriental Trading.
The Table Skirt
Pinterest makes you do crazy things. We decided for this Sprinkle, a tutu table skirt was the answer. We ordered 8 rolls of pink tulle from Oriental Trading. Since this was a small table, we even had enough left over tulle for a tutu for the baby and to wrap around the favors. We simply tied pieces of the tulle to a band around the table, but there are lots of tutorials online.
The Princess Touch
For a little princess touch to go with the tulle, we ordered the Gold Star Princess Wands from OT. They looked great on the table and served as photo props for guests also.
The Favors
For the favors, we found these adorable plastic stroller containers from OT and filled them with candy. We tied the strollers with some of the leftover tulle.
The Fun
For fun, we also ordered these Dry Erase Stick Props for guests to write fun messages in their speech bubbles. These are great and if kept in good condition can be used over and over again for future parties.
