We recently had the chance to celebrate Tommy Bahama’s new cookbook, Flavors of Aloha: Cooking with Tommy Bahama at a fun launch event in NYC. Mingling with culinary writers and other foodies, we were able to sample recipes and cocktails from Rick Rodger’s book which is the first in a new series of culinary adventures that will explore several cultural destinations. It was a nice refreshing escape from winter in NYC and we are excited to try out some recipes for future summer get togethers.
Rick Rodgers is an American chef with over 40 cookbooks already under his belt, and he is especially excited about this book because of his late grandfather’s ties to Hawaii. The book contains more than 100 recipes-including many from Tommy Bahama’s restaurant menu. The pages are full of life and will for sure draw you into the kitchen to recreate dish after dish.
To continue the celebration, one lucky Bronxmama reader will receive their own copy of Flavors of Aloha.
To Enter: Leave a comment letting us know the last recipe you tried out was. Two additional entries are:
