The Bronx may be a part of the 5 boroughs, but we’re also the only borough connected to the mainland. This means when fall comes around and it’s time to find a fun farm to visit- we’ve got an abundance to choose from that are just an easy ride north. Hi Carol,
In the Bronx we recommend Anthony’s Flower Farm on East Tremont Avenue. They have pumpkins to pick and each pumpkin you purchase comes with a bag of Halloween stickers to decorate it with.
Also, Brew Coffee House in Pelham Bay does a pumpkin carving event where they usually do a small patch of pumpkins in front of their coffee house where children can pick a free pumpkin to carve. Please check out our Fall events for more information and ideas: https://www.bronxmama.com/2015/09/21/bronxfallevents2015/
