Running out of breakfast options for yourself or just skipping breakfast altogether for the sake of getting the kids to school on time and yourself to work? Why not try overnight oats? Prepare it overnight and no cooking required! My fave choice of the moment: Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 yogurt (greek or regular)
2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
granola for the top
In a mason jar, pour the yogurt or milk and oats. Then add the pumpkin puree and spices. Stir thoroughly and put in it the fridge overnight. When you are ready to enjoy your yummy overnight oats just add some granola on top and enjoy!
