Event Recap: Mommy’s Pamper Me Day hosted by BronxMama and Mommy’s Mingle

After a fun kids Back to School event earlier in the month, the meetup group Mommy’s Mingle co-hosted an awesome Mommy’s Pamper Me event this past Sunday with us! We decided a day of manis, pedis, wine, and sweets were just what moms needed after their first month of back to school duties.

Hosted at Pink Shisha, located on East Tremont in Throggs Neck, moms enjoyed mingling while deciding between brighter polish or darker fall colors. Artisan Wine was generous enough to provide the vino for our Sunday Funday and CVS/pharmacy Beauty Club and Essence of Beauty was awesome in providing us with the bags for our goodie bags as well as a selection of their new Lillies and Freesia products for each mom. We also included Pantene’s great Age Defy Split End Fuser as well!

The awesomely helpful magazine Real Simple also provided a copy for each mom to read during their me-time and The Sweet Chicks NYC made some delicious sweets for everyone to enjoy. Tootzies Mobile Salon also included goodies in the bags!

As moms we don’t always get a chance to have some me-time and do something nice for ourselves. Even when we try to schedule it in our day, mommy duties always seem to call and we have no problem coming to the rescue. But we wanted to treat our moms to a relaxing Sunday and send them home feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the next mom mission!
