Update! So far Ive lost 8 pounds. I’ve had good and bad days, but knowing that I can do better and lose even more is motivational.
Everyone has asked me if I have lost weight, so I know I’m making progress. Ive really just been more aware of what I’m eating and how much. Using the Weight Watchers 360 app, I log my meals each day. Some days I have time to log what I have eaten right after the meal and some days I dont get a chance until the end of the day. Ive gotten used to the amount of points most foods I frequently eat are, but its still better to log right after each meal so I dont accidentally go over.
I’ve still been using Pinterest to find lots of Weight Watchers recipes and healthy meal options. Its so easy to find recipe ideas on the go alongside the WW360 app. And unfortunately I still need to work on how much water I drink and making sure I stay active. My schedule isnt consistent so some days Im running around non stop and some days are much slower.
So, my goals for this week are to drink more water, make it a point to walk places instead of go in a car or bus whenever possible, and to continue to find good tasting healthy recipes. I’ll report back next week to see how I did!
